Global Relay Bridge the Gap Fund (BTG) is looking for found a new Managing Director

Since it began in 2012, BTG has invested over $1.2M helping more than 100 athletes, created a Youth Superweek Series, a Youth Cycling Development Network, and worked with teams and stakeholders across Canada to make Canadian cycling better.

The Managing Director (MD) works closely with the BTG board and funders to advance the mission of the fund and support Canadian cyclists reach their highest potential.

BTG is seeking candidates with recent professional cycling experience, who have a fantastic network from working as an athlete or pro-team staff (coach, sport director, manager, performance services, etc).

The ideal candidate:

  • Is Organized & self-directed
  • Has excellent relationship building skills
  • Has not-for-profit administrative and/or governance experience – or is willing to learn
  • Can work in English and French

This is a part-time contract role, working remotely. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with BTG. The new Managing Director will be mentored in the position by the Board and outgoing MD.
